1. Eligibility
Offer applies only to new home builds with Saltwood Homes.
Renovations, extensions, granny flats are not eligible.
One bonus package per new build contract.
This offer is only available for builds with a contract price over $400,000.
2. Conditions
A signed preliminary agreement must be executed on or before October 31st, 2026.
The final building contract must proceed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by Saltwood Homes.
Upgrades cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discount.
Saltwood Homes reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value where required due to availability.
Any additional site costs (including but not limited to earthworks, retaining, drainage, service connections or access requirements) are not included and will be quoted separately.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless approved in writing by Saltwood Homes.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Valid only for builds within Saltwood Homes’ service areas (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gympie).
4. Promotional Rights
Saltwood Homes reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to entering into a preliminary agreement.
