Designed for Living,
Built for life.
We build custom homes across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, with experience in knockdown rebuilds, acreage homes and difficult blocks. Our owners stay closely involved, helping you work through the design, site requirements and budget with clear, practical guidance.
A home shaped around your block and your plans.
Our Services
Whether you're building the home you'll raise a family in, your next investment, or starting fresh on a block you've outgrown — we've got a path for you.
-
This is what we're built for. You bring the vision — or we help you find it — and we design a home that's genuinely yours, on your terms, your block and your budget.
-
Stay in the location you know and plan a home around how you live now. We’ll help you understand the design and site considerations involved in replacing your existing home.
-
A sloping block shapes the layout, access and engineering of a home. We work through these details early, considering split levels, retaining and how the home sits on the land.
-
-
Smart design that works hard for you. We build investment properties that tenants genuinely want to live in — and landlords don't have to think twice about.
-
Not ready for a custom build just yet, or after something ready sooner? We offer a selection of off-the-plan homes across South East Queensland, thoughtfully designed by Saltwood and ready to make your own — with a clearer timeline from day one.
