1. Eligibility

  • Offer applies only to new home builds with Saltwood Homes.

  • Renovations, extensions, granny flats are not eligible.

  • One bonus package per new build contract.

  • This offer is only available for builds with a contract price over $350,000.

2. Conditions

  • A signed preliminary contract must be executed on or before 14th April, 2026.

  • The total retail value of each package is capped at $40,000 including GST.

  • Upgrades cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discount.

  • If site conditions require additional works beyond the allowance (e.g. drainage, excavation, long runs), these will be quoted separately.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions unless approved in writing by Saltwood Homes.

3. Geographic Restrictions
