Please read these terms carefully before relying on this promotion.
Eligibility
This promotion is available to customers who sign a new residential build contract with a minimum base contract value of $650,000 (inclusive of any standard inclusions, but exclusive of site costs, council fees, upgrades, and variations) during the promotional period.
The promotion applies to new contracts only. It cannot be applied retrospectively to contracts already signed prior to the commencement of the promotional period.
One (1) Plungie pool per contract. The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Pool selection
Eligible customers may choose from the Plungie Arena, Plungie Studio, or Plungie Original models, subject to site suitability as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Model availability is strictly site and access dependant. Not all models will be available for every property. Our team will conduct a site assessment to determine which model(s) can be accommodated.
If the preferred model is not feasible due to access constraints, site conditions, soil classification, slope, council restrictions, or other factors, an alternative eligible model will be offered. If no model can be accommodated, the promotion will be void for that property and no cash equivalent or alternative benefit will be provided.
Model specifications, dimensions, colours, and finishes are subject to Plungie's standard product range at the time of installation. Upgrades and customisations beyond standard inclusions are not covered by this promotion and will be charged at additional cost.
Site & access requirements
The customer's property must provide safe and suitable vehicle and equipment access for delivery and installation of the Plungie pool, as assessed by us and/or Plungie's installation team.
Minimum site requirements include but are not limited to: adequate access gate or side-passage width, appropriate ground conditions, compliance with council setback requirements, and sufficient outdoor area for the selected model.
Any preparatory works required to enable installation (including but not limited to earthworks, excavation, drainage, electrical connection, fencing, and landscaping reinstatement) are not included in the promotion and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Retaining walls, under-slab heating, pool heating, lighting, additional water features, or any other accessories are not included.
Installation & timing
Installation of the Plungie pool is coordinated to occur at or near practical completion of the build, subject to construction schedule, council approvals, and Plungie availability.
We do not warrant a specific installation date and accept no liability for delays caused by supply, weather, council approvals, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
All relevant council approvals, permits, and compliance certificates required for the pool installation are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inclusions & exclusions
The promotion includes supply and standard installation of one (1) Plungie pool in the selected model only.
Excluded from the promotion: upgrades, non-standard colours or finishes, pool heating, lighting packages, covers, chemical starter kits, fencing and safety barriers (which may be required by law), connection to a water supply, landscaping, and ongoing maintenance.
All pool fencing and barrier requirements under Queensland law (or applicable state/territory legislation) remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in this promotion.
General
This promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice, provided that any amendment does not affect a customer who has already signed a qualifying contract prior to the amendment date.
We reserve the right to substitute the Plungie pool with a comparable product of equivalent or greater value if the Plungie product range is discontinued or unavailable at the time of installation.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless expressly agreed in writing.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
