1. Eligibility

  • Offer applies only to new home builds with Saltwood Homes.

  • Renovations, knockdowns, extensions, granny flats or secondary dwellings are not eligible.

  • One bonus package per new build contract.

2. Bonus Options (choose one):
Package 1 — Driveway Package

  • Aggregate driveway up to 100m²

  • Letterbox

  • Clothesline

Package 2 — Comfort Package

  • 4-zone ducted air-conditioning system

3. Conditions

  • A signed building contract must be executed on or before 31 January 2026.

  • The total retail value of each package is capped at $15,000 including GST.

  • Upgrades cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discount.

  • If site conditions require additional works beyond the allowance (e.g. drainage, excavation, long runs), these will be quoted separately.

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions unless approved in writing by Saltwood Homes.

4. Geographic Restrictions

  • Valid only for builds within Saltwood Homes’ service areas (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gympie).

5. Saltwood Homes reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time before contract signing.
